Where is my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email, or sign in and open your account. Tracking appears as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
How do I start a return?
Visit the Returns page, sign in and choose the order you would like to return. We will email a prepaid label within one business day.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account simply keeps your order history and returns in one place.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within one business day and standard delivery takes 3–6 business days. Shipping is free over $75.
Are these real products?
No. Luma is a sample storefront. Every product is labelled sample content and no real payments are taken.
